Nothing short of amazing. I've purchased 4 bags in the last 30 days from Couture USA. They have the top selection of high end handbags and all the best brands. The first time I went to the boutique I was sitting in the parking lot at international mall, on my way to one of the luxury boutiques but decided to check the hours for Couture USA. I called and spoke with Amber and she was so kind and told me that I didn't need an appointment to come shop and to come on over. I left the mall and headed to the Couture USA where I was immediately wowed by their enormous selection. I got a chance to meet Amber and Alina and they were the sweetest to work with. Never any type of pressure and they also told me ways to save by signing up as a VIP and I was given a discount on the purchase that day. The next time I came in the store I worked with Lydia who was super nice. No one is ever pushy and they are happy to have you come in and take a look at their impressive collection. The store is always extremely clean and smells so good. There is a lot of pride that goes into running this shop and it shows. They have quickly earned a big space in my heart (and wallet). I think the prices are more than fair and I'm beyond thrilled to have this boutique in my city. I suggest signing up for their VIP program so you can be notified of their sales and receive any discounts by being a member. Check their website often as they are constantly updating what's there. Shortly thereafter, I changed my mind about selling it and asked if I could have it back. The owner got on the line and proceeded to tell me that they put a lot of money into shipping and marketing the bag and since I signed a contract, they could not give it back to me. While I wasn't happy since they basically would not give me back MY bag and FORCED me to have to sell it, they did have a point. I signed a contract and I did not want to reneg on the agreement I made. After 3 months, the bag did not sell. I emailed them and received NO RESPONSE. After a few days, I called customer service to ask for the bag and was on hold for 30 minutes only to be sent to voice mail. I called back, got the same girl who said I could come and pick up my bag. Seeing that I'm not located in Tampa, I told her it wasn't possible. I was then put on hold for another 30 min until "Carly" came back and said "they're really busy back there and can't help you now. Can we get a number to call you back and sort this out". It seems like they are holding the bag hostage until someone has the time to respond to me. I don't understand how I'm able to get through their sales line where they are happy to help you but if you need something else, they can't be bothered. Bottom line: TERRIBLE customer service. I especially wanted one item, so I made a sezzle, I did not want to use shop pay again as those purchases made through shop pay were canceled. Note, in order to use sezzle you must put in all your info including SSN. I paid for my item through sezzle, but unfortunately hours later it was then canceled again. I called CoutureUsa looking for a solution. The associate told me about my orders being canceled and she did all that she could, which i appreciated. I was still interested in the item and she told me her manager would call me back when she was out of a meeting. SAID MANAGER DID CALL BACK, but in all my years I have never felt so disrespected. SAID MANAGER called me back and said ādonāt waste your time and donāt waste your time trying to order with us, we donāt want your businessā. SAID MANAGER treated me as WITH NO RESPECT as the customer. I made the extra step to call and pay in another way to facilitate the purchase.
