Update: The customer service while waiting for delivery wasn't the best as notated below, but the quality of the product is incredible. It looks beautiful in our home. The delivery itself was very professional. Their general manager came to my home to ensure a good experience and apologized in person, which I appreciated.

Original review was one star and found here: I will write a separate review on the quality of the furniture (if I ever receive it). Ordered a sectional on 12/18/2024. I was told that I needed to put 40% down and the remaining balance upon delivery, which could take up to 12 weeks. They charged me the full amount up front ($3,400) but I let that go as an honest mistake. The order has been delayed multiple times, but I have to keep calling (leaving voicemails since they don't answer the phone), and sending emails to get any type of update. Eventually when I get through to someone they push the date out another 2 to 4 weeks. They tell me that it's out of their control, and offered me in-store credit for my troubles. Waiting nearly 5 months for a piece of furniture that you already paid for is ridiculous. At this point I'm ready to get a refund and shop somewhere else. I'm giving them just this week to get the issue resolved before going to the Better...

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! The customer service is terrible!! They don’t follow through on anything… I ordered a couch back in November 2024 and was told it would be about 10 to 14 weeks for delivery, we are now rolling into 22 weeks later (6 months) and still no couch. Every time I call I get a new estimated delivery date. I was supposed to only be charged a 20% deposit fee, but they charged me full price, $3,000 to be exact!! I called and asked for a refund and they said they would see if they could get it approved by corporate and would make it a “priority” and get back to me asap.. 3 days later, no follow up.
