Dom's Grocery — Local services in City of Auburn

This store is on the corner in a neighborhood with a questionable reputation. Don't let the various people who sometimes might "hang around/loiter" outside or on the corner detour you from stopping in. Everyone is pretty much harmless. This place is definitely worth checking out. They have THE BEST ITALIAN ICE around ! They scoop it in the store.That alone makes it worth popping in to check out.The store has various snacks,drinks,beer, cigarettes ,lotto and grocery items in it. I believe they also except EBT. It's definitely a nice little gem for the Italian ice...

Never had any problems with the Owners... knock on wood lol; But seriously; These folks R pretty 'Lenient' for putting up w/some of the customers that they have to deal with on a daily basis. They still can manage a Smile @ times, when U Smile 1st, & let'em know that they're Appreciated! :D It's nice to have this small, MA & PA, store, left in Auburn! :) :) They haven't been Corrupted to Metal Doors, Security Scanners, Bars/Locks on Windows & maybe Doors, so far.... Be Thankful! :D

Gerry and his wife are amazing! They have the best Italian ice than anywhere else I have tried, including out of state. It is the real deal. He remembers who you are and what you usually buy and truly cares about his customers. My nephew waits for the bus early in the morning for school and Gerry would open up his store and let him in before the street opened so he can stay warm in the winter. A genuinely love couple who has served his community...
