These people are trash. I paid two months in advance for a bed for my grandma who was recovering from a broken hip. On the day of delivery, it came up that she may need a specific hospital bed instead, so we almost did not take delivery. We took it because we were assured that I would be refunded for the weeks we didn't use since we did not know how long she would need it. My grandma needed the bed because she couldn't go upstairs, so we were told even if we had to return it in a few days (while we figured out a hospital bed) I would just be charged for the week and would be refunded for the weeks we did not use it. My grandmother died and we returned the bed after just a few weeks. After calling several times, Rent A Center's store manager told me today they do not do refunds. Clearly I was upset over this, and he continued to threaten to hang up the phone and not help me. I asked several times what they were going to do about the situation, he kept saying "nothing". After the third or fourth time I finally hung up the phone and will dispute this with my credit card company. Stay away from these people. They lied just so we would...
