I bought a 180$ vape pen vape dynamic hera 2 that does not work. Brought it back within the week, called three days after to complain and they said they would replace it if I brought it in. So I did. Then they said that their boss had to look at it in order to be refunded or give a replacement. I left my info and they said they would call me back. I never recieved a call.
