Just moved to the area and was treated AMAZINGLY by Coco & Company Salon

To begin, the owner of the salon took my call promptly and walked me through the entire process, asking a lot of great questions about my hair. Then she requested some pictures of my hair, and made my appointment, which was available super quickly because of a cancellation.

Everyone in the shop was incredibly kind and supportive, and salon was clean and super cute, and there were snacks and drinks available.

My stylist was Emily, who specializes in vivid colors. She was so funny, and a great conversationalist through my appointment. She did an INCREDIBLE job with my hair color, and styling. She also gave me a recommendation for a styling tool that worked for me and my lifestyle. Genuinely a great experience overall, and I left with even better hair than I thought was possible!

My hair was orange/ gold color after a bunch of salons telling me they couldn't help me or my hair turning green..... I reached out to CoCo & company to see if they had any openings today and that It was an emergency since I have a wedding in 2 days. They were able to get me in which led me to meet Lilly S. I told them my hair background and what others have said and they said I was in good hands.. let me tell you Lilly is a miracle she is absolutely amazing and she will be my forever go to girl. I am extremely grateful for her and what she did for me words cannot even describe. Thank goodness to Courtney the owner of CoCo & Company. I was heading to Skaneateles for a wedding and decided I wanted to get an updo. I called many salons and no one could take me.. When I reached out to CoCo and spoke with Courtney, she said yes we would love to help and asked what time I would like to come in..I had a very short window and she completely accommodated me. When I arrived at the salon I worked with Emily who was equally as accommodating. She asked what I was looking for and I mentioned an updo or having half my hair down.. We played around trying to figure out the best look. She ended up doing an updo that I absolutely loved.
