Whoever fixed my iPhone 11 phone screen completely ruined my phone. First he didn’t use an actual apple approved phone screen. So now my phone has ghost touch where it will randomly seize out and I won’t be able to even turn off my phone. Most of the time when I’m trying to click something on my screen it will register I’m clicking the completely opposite side of the screen then I actually am. My bank accounts were hacked and the bank suggested I have my phone cleaned. We looked up businesses in Auburn and M&S came up first, with good reviews. My husband called first and the owner was very helpful and confirmed he could clean the phone in about 25 minutes. I’m not great with technology and he was very reassuring and respectful as he led me through the process. We came back 35 minutes later and all was good.
