I went to this store for the first and only time looking for gift ideas for my grandmother who loves sewing, knitting, needlepoint, etc.
First, I was watched, every move I made, every time I touched something, as if I was a potential thief. (I know some people do that when certain types enter stores.)
I was never asked if I needed or wanted help, but I heard the woman (owner or worker?) tell someone "I am keeping an eye on that one."
Then, when I asked questions, I was talked down to as if I were a child or someone not able to have a simple conversation. I admit I know nothing about any of this stuff, I was there because I had an idea for a gift bag for my grandmother's birthday. I was treated like I was some type of idiot and finally just turned and left the store.

Whenever I have a bad day at work, I take vacation time and go there; Lori (the shop owner) spends hours helping me pick out projects, threads, yarns, etc. I frequently see items online I want, message her and she orders whatever I request.
