Boost Mobile — Local services in City of Cohoes

I bought an LG STLZ 4 in July 2019. I've had nothing but problems with this phone. It will not charge 100 percent unless I shut it off, the flash goes off all day and night, and I am not receiving all my calls and text. I have gone in every month and told them. I hit do nit disturb and couldnt get out of it so I brought it down to boost Mobile and the asked the mgr to SHOW ME HOW TO FIX IT. HE FIXED ITand ha ded me the phone.
