Nice customer service, the only thing was when it was time to pick up my Guess reading classes the young sales girl was looking for the Guess box, which I'm sure guess supplies with all their Eyewear, and then this older man came and asked her what she was looking for. She told him the box for my Guess glasses, he then stopped her and told her something , which I could not understand and made her give me a clear generic box instead,. What a shame I felt uncomfortable and didn't say anything, because he felt it was alright to tell her in front of me not to give me the box and it was going to be alright. Im not going to argue over it, but all . I could say to myself was wow, really?? Wow. Losing a customer over such a trivial thing is amazing to me. It's not the box, but how and what he did really made me feel...

Would give this place more than 5 stars if we could! Diana, Elle, along with all the other employees are very sweet, patient, and wonderful. They have inspiring insight to what is functional, trendy, and simple to meet everyones needs.

Great customer service where you truly feel welcomed and appreciated. Mind you, we have shopped at costco for eye glasses before, and it was a terrible experience. Agape Optical, gives you a personal touch, where you are very well taken care of from start to finish. Unlike, Costco where you are treated just like another number, impersonal, and feel as though your needs have not been met for eye care and eye wear.

We hope to bring our parents, as they have not gotten glasses for sometime now. Looking forward to visiting Diana, Elle, and their team at Agape...
