What an outstanding service. Their watch repair man is wonderful. Replaced my quartz lens, cleaned the inside, replaced my battery. Took extra time to be sure he put the exact fit. My watch looks like new. Citizen watches are good watches. You get what you pay for. You go to the mall, and people there don't spend time with your watch. Just open up the back, not even clean, nothing. Just shove it back in. Watch still looks bad. But this repair man, took his time, saw him look through lens to be sure the right one went in.
