I come to this Kohls on a regular basis and decided to order an item online where I would pick it up at this location. My order was placed on June 28th and till this day I have never received my item and I was in a constant back and fourth between the store employees and the online representatives. This is outrageous as no one can tell me when my item would be available for pick up at the store and I have already passed the estimated/expected time frame of the order.
I go one last time to the store and they told me that the order has been canceled and they couldn't give me a reason for that as they are unsure. I check the shelves and I see the exact same item I wanted was being sold in-store. They clearly had the item but it looks like this Kohls store and their employees do not understand how online orders work or they are purposely giving me a hard time.
All that time and inconvenience of coming to the store and asking to see if my order is ready for pick up just for them to not have an answer and tell me to wait until its ready. Absolutely outrageous and horrible treatment from the Kohls Online system and their employees. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT ORDER ONLINE PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION! And to top it all off, it's my one stop, shop, *Very Convenient "AMAZON RETURN" *(designated location) for me! Plus I'm issued a -disc% coupon to shop [T&C apply] for my return transaction! *(story time) I was sleep deprived, stressed out & having anxiety about the return process. I believe the young man that helped me out a few months ago was named Diego! He exemplified true & genuine customer care for me.
