For management/franchise owner: I stopped by around 1:45-1:50pm 8/10/2021 if you can find the Latina girl with glasses who helped me....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I am going to say this without profanity as I want this post to stay up to show what a waste of existence this restaurant really is.
My order was routed through the Chipotle app to a near by Chipotle and essentially I went to the wrong one. That was my fault, yes.
I am only allowed 40 min for lunch, and the staff was unwilling to make this right for me, a loyal, or rather a now ex-loyal customer. I personally work customer service so I know that it would be more of a benefit to help me out this one time rather than nickle and dime their customer for an honest mistake.
The day this restaurant is struggling and shuts down due to being driven out of business by a new competitor please remember, you lost one paying customer today who has spent God knows how much money at this place. I will also be making sure none of my friends and family ever go to this restaurant.
I hope the burrito bowl that cost your company $2 or less to make was worth it.
UPDATE 7/5/2022: This is a message to the owners/managers of this franchise/location, GET A NEW ICE MACHINE. I am probably saying what every employee who works there is thinking! They do not even cost that much money, are you serious? DAILY, and I mean DAILY, their machine is out of ice and people are getting warm drinks. There is no warning on the door, and no warning online. I go here for two reasons only, its cheap and relatively "healthy". That is it. After months of dealing with this I thought I would leave a review. I can only imaging how the employees have been treated because of this. That should be unacceptable to the manager/owner of this...
Read moreOrdered 2 salad and 1 burrito bowl. 1 salad and 1 burrito bowl ingredients were mixed up opposite which was for my son and daughter. Although it was mixed up, they just flipped it since one had pinto bean and other had black bean... their preference was beans instead of more rice vs. lettuce. I thought that was the only mess up they did, but 1/3 way through eating my salad, I noticed BLUE thing in my bowl which doesn't make sense in a food... BLUE BLUE BLUE. Upon looking at it closely, it was a blue rubber band. I think it was a rubber band that held some type of vegetable together. This is just disgusting on how they handle their food to have rubber band in their food. This also leads me to believe they probably don't even wash their vegetable properly. They probably just chop them up without rinsing it thru water to have BLUE rubber band in the food!!! When we were picking up the food, we asked for 1 extra Vinaigrette sauce and they said they were out of sauce, but somehow managed to include them with 2 of our salad bowl. It's like going to McDonald's and asking for ketchup and McDonald's saying "we are out of ketchup"??? Although it was not the closest Chipotle store, we starting ordering from this store because another store completely messed up our order.... but this Chipotle store is even worse with rubber band in the food~! I guess no more Chipotle or drive even further to try...

I’ve visited this location maybe 20 times throughout the years.
And by far this is my weirdest experience.
The younger staff at this location are always a treat. They do what they can as get the work done and how I like my food. Though today was such a strange experience I had to come to the reviews. I had came in with my Spouse and began an order for ourselves. The young man at the front was more than happy to make an order for me the way I usually like it. But then for some reason- this older woman- who I may assume may be a manger, decided to take the order out of the young employee’s hands and then began going back and forth with me if she can or can’t do the order. I had let her know if she can’t she doesn’t have to do it the way I had requested- she said she can’t but then did it anyways. The entire time she had seemed to be pestering the younger staff and even taking orders away from them before they even get a chance to work on them. Then after finishing my burrito she had started to complain about “How hard” it was to make my food to the other staff. As if it was the hardest thing to do all day. A single burrito? This is the first time I’ve ever had my order done with this older woman.
