Flame Broiler — Restaurant in California

I usually love Flame Broiler, the last time I went the rice was over cooked and gummy it was horrible. I specifically asked before I placed my order today if the rice was mushy and gummy, the cashier said "no." Not only were both beef bowls I ordered have mushy gummy rice, the beef was not fresh it tasted as if it were already cooked, had been sitting, and cooked again, my son asked mom "what's wrong with the meat?" Food's consistently good, and expensive as well. But what really ticked me off was when I ordered the "daily special" (regular chicken bowl + drink) and the cashier acts like I didn't order the special! I even gave the guy a tip before I found out he screwed me over and he insisted that I didn't order it! I mean considering I tipped you I expect at least a bit of honesty...

I’ve been here twice and received horrible service from the staff. If you call they will never answer. I’ve heard the phone ring for 3 mins and knowone answered. The staff is always in a bad mood.
