Main Complaints: No building maintenance No security No vehicle protection Garbage everywhere people sleeping in hallways and kicking doors writing/graffiti on the walls knife carvings on the walls holes in the walls feces, urine in the elevators entrance doors broken multiple times dozens of people "banned" with no means of enforcing that people smoking in there apartments: cigarrets, weed, crack anything they can Fire alarms every other day laundry room doesn't work, mostly a garbage disposal Hallway air filters don't work and the hallway temp is always 75+ Animals howling and yelping throughout the night People Constantly fighting and yelling at all hours Multiple police interactions Burglary, assault, armed robbery

the owners/landlords should be ashamed. They keep hosting events and posing this place to be the promise land when in reality its HORRIBLE. Do your job!!!

If you search Ithaca arthaus online you will find numerous police interactions with this place its sickening that the people who actually need the housing assistance (low income & elderly) are trapped with these vicious people who are ruining everything!

*The answer is SIMPLE. You cannot expect to offer 4 walls and a door to homeless people and expect them to behave different. You need to reintroduce them into society, make them follows rules. ITS COMMON SENSE. If you want to offer housing to people who are homeless or endangered then require them to have a job. Sitting inside all day is making these people crazy and crazy people do crazy...

The attempts at a modernized interior make it aesthetically similar to a jail cell with less bricks and more drywall. This comparison is furthered with the residents and individuals who frequent these types of locations.

Police presence is constant due to multiple investigations, response calls, and unwanted/dangerous guests who try to get in through the front doors. Security guards are parked out front always which seems to have scared most of the trouble away, but it is definitely not a place I'd like to be near at all.

Lacks a parking area for guests, so you are forced to park on the side of the street or risk getting a ticket from parking on the unfinished muddy gravel area. Not a welcoming...

This place is very unorganized. There’s NO cleaning being done the elevators and hallways are filthy Laundry rooms are a hot mess. Yes we have new management but still no better. There’s trash bags and drug paraphernalia in the stairwells. I had dog feces near my door for a whole week, before it was cleaned up. I have a special needs grandson and due to the constant fire alarms it bothers him very badly . No security. There’s a nasty mattress in the parking lot that’s been there for a month . My first opportunity to leave I’m out of this hell hole. Definitely not a place to...
