We had new carpet installed the end of Sept 2018 . We were happy with installer, also happy with having the carpet installed soon after we placed the order . We used a different company in 2015 install a great quality carpet in house we sold recently . We changed to warehouse carpet in Ithaca. We took in a piece of the carpet had installed for a example of what quality we wanted . We were told the quality was better than the sample we took with us . So we agreed and had new carpet installed in our new house . We noticed at the time this carpet was not as plush as the carpet we had installed in our house we had sold We use our house 7 months a year. It's been two years or 14 months since we have had carpet in our new house. We called Joe in Ithaca and told him that the carpet was matting in some areas. They had company person come out and look at it. He agreed this should not be happening. He took several pictures to show compamy. Joe called and said we needed to have a professional carpet cleaner to clean carpet. So I called this company and talked to representative about this issue. I was told that would be a waste of our money. So I called Joe back in Ithaca , he was not available and I was told that he would call me back shortly. It's been 2 weeks now. This whole issue is the cost of the carpet was less expensive than competition. That should have been a red flag for me. We got what we paid for, a lower grade carpet. We would pay more money for a good quality carpet....

We recently purchased luxury vinyl at warehouse carpet in Ithaca. We were very fortunate to be helped by Mitch. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great service at the Ithaca store. Joe greeted me and offered his assistance but i never felt any pressure, which I appreciate. Everyone was patient as I tried to find exactly what I was looking for. Joe explained the pros and cons of different carpeting as well as options for financing. When it came to the installation, Mao and his partner (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly hard workers.
