Cacao Lab — Local services in City of Kingston

This summer I was on vacation with my cousin and she brought some delicious Cacao Lab vegan milk chocolate bars in different flavors like matcha and cardamom for me to try that were to die for! I've been wanting to go to the shop ever since and today was the day. The vibe, the people, the service, and the goodies were top notch. Federico made me a delicious cacao drink after telling him I'd love something energizing, cozy, and not too sweet. I'll for sure be back next time I'm in Kingston and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! If you can't make it to Kingston, they sell their products online too which I was excited to learn. The cacao drinks are delicious- a bit bitter for the average American palate (probably not a good choice for children who are accustomed to sweet things) but you can add a natural sweetener like monk fruit to make it more of a treat.

The little chocolates were delicious, I highly recommend the matcha and the cardamom Rose - the latter was strong of cardamom but gentle on rose, the matcha was mild but surely matcha!

What a pleasant time spent here. I bought some chocolate because I was intrigued by the flavors. Came back later and tried the Ceremonial Cacao and let Margaret make the suggestions as to how to have it. It was a nice flavor and I don't care for really sweet, sugary drinks her suggestion small amount of sweetness was perfect. When in conversation I mentioned I was waiting for a ride to come and it would be awhile, she suggested I sit in their nook and it was a most enjoyable hour spent.
