Excellent store and service. Best jewelry store in Kingston. Always happy with my purchases and repairs. They repaired, sized and cleaned a very old victorian antique diamond engagement ring beautifully. Fair price. Better price and service than mall type stores....made that mistake only once. Schneiders has been good to my whole family for probably at least 80 years or more. We're old locals. Grandparents shopped here for special gifts many years before taking me there as a child several decades ago. I remember them buying my Mother a custom ring with mine and my sisters birthstones. I still have jewelry I got for things like first communion, birthdays, etc. Store can order things not in stock. I ordered an initial necklace for my teenage niece and she loved it....now at least 4th generation wearing their jewelry, probably more. My mother had them remake an antique ring from my Great Grandmother and they made a new setting for the stone turning it into a pendant. It's beautiful. They recreated the antique style with white gold...very fair price. I've taken a good watch their to fit it to my wrist and change the battery. Love my pearl earrings I bought there about twenty years ago and they have stood the test of time. Customer for life....

She had poor manners and acted like she didn’t want to be bothered by me with responses like “mhmm” and no eye contact. She is the example of treating people not only unprofessionally, but unequally. When she brought me back my receipt and credit card, I was looking at other items and she states, “Yoohoo” to capture my attention. I left there upset. My experience is unfortunate and I will never understand how people can be so rude especially after they just...
