Lockport Auto Zone needs to teach they're employees on having better attitudes toward they're customers. I went today around 3:30pm and there was employees all over and I waited in line 3-5 minutes. No other customers were there when I 1st arrived. There was by the time someone called me up. The guy acted like I was wasting his time on asking for parts that he immediately said they don't have or he couldn't make an effort on offering anything else. I might be a girl and not know as much when it comes to a vehicle but isn't that what they're there for is to help me?? Apparently not today. Employee Timothy immediately rose to the task and helped me out. We had to maneuver a few things but ultimately we were able to get the cap out and cover the line up. I would say 90-95% of the time they know what they're talking about. In my opinion, there is a worker named Ken(almost positive) who has definitely stood out to me as very knowledgeable and very friendly!
