Subway — Restaurant in City of Lockport

This is now the only Subway I'll go to. Thank you to the young woman who worked on March 6, 2021 around 4:30 p.m. she was professional and really kind. I actually was at Wal-Mart and had just finished grocery shopping and stopped into the Subway there to get 2 footl long subs to take home for the kids. Now I was using one of those Subway flyer coupons, Buy One Get One Free, the man behind the counter refused. He said, "We don't do free here, bring a different coupon and we'll see if we'll honor it but no free, we don't take those." It's not the first time I've had an issue with this person. So I called this Subway, and she pit my mind at rest right away, assured me Subway will honor my coupns. So ran down the road, it was clean, the environment had a more relaxed atmosphere and of course her friendliness made all the difference. So every time we take out from Subway, to avoid any drama we go here. I...

From a business perspective this place is ran absolutely terrible. There’s only ever 1 person working and THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. I do doordash/uber and no exaggeration every time i come in i’m told “we don’t have this”, “we don’t have that” “we don’t have steak” “we don’t have footlong cookies” “we don’t have chicken” “we don’t have bacon”Who ever is doing the ordering NEEDS to do better because 95% of the time I’m canceling my order because they don’t have something. Save your self the time and go to the subway right up the street inside walmart or another minute up the road on Dysinger. This place needs to either start taking their store more seriously...

I went to this Subway location on 12/17/2023. I ordered a foot long Subway Club, the employee made 80% of the sub, only to tell me she was out of roast beef. I replied, “please substitute salami for the roast beef,” which she did. Upon the employee putting the toppings such as lettuce and tomatoes on the sub, I asked for onion also, which she replied, “I don’t have any onion. “ At this point, I was pretty disappointed with this Subway location. I proceeded to sit down in the dining area of the restaurant and began to eat my sub, only to find the Italian herb roll to be very stale, to the point it broke easily and crumbed...
