WET VAPES — Local services in City of Lockport

I have been using the Lockport WetVapes for at least 1 1/2 years maybe 2, I can not be happier with the place, I used to go someplace else because of my work, and my first experience with wetvapes was at eastern hills mall when it was a tiny little place there, and i swore nope never again, but my job changed and my usual place was no longer convienent, so i figured ok, this lockport store is close and every place deserves a second chance maybe it will be different from the mall. Well I can say yes it is absolutely! The customer service is great if I have any problem (which I have) with anything I get there it gets fixed without any hassle or headaches. Vanessa is great and so is that big guy with the beard. As long as this store remains in the capable hands its in I will continue to spend my money there, if it goes south (which I doubt) there are plenty of places to go. But as for me n my money we go to WetVapes in...

The staff here is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and helped me select an E-Cig and have helped me select a flavor by being very familiar with the product and flavors.

Jason B told me about Summer Holidays Cola Shades which tastes like A&W Creme Soda on the intake and Menthol on the exhale. I think I have a new favorite that will be in my regular rotation.

Vanessa helped me select a new tank for my iJoy Diamond and I'm now rolling with a Prince Tank. It hold 5 milliliters of juice and puts out awesome flavor and a decent amount of vapor.

What more can I say about the staff? They are truly the best and take the time to help you. If you are in the market for an E-Cig or juice this should be your first and only stop. The prices for the juice are amazing. I can't say enough...

Don't bother coming here right when they "open" because no one will be there. This has happened multiple times, and again today, where we have had to wait in the parking lot because no employees were there even though they were supposed to be open. Today we waited in the parking lot for over 10 minutes at open and there wasn't a soul in sight, so we left. Hemp City next door had their Open sign lit and the lights on inside but had the door locked so we could not enter to inquire about the employees at Wet Vapes - again, well after they were supposed to be open. The employees at Wet Vapes are rarely friendly and welcoming and act completely uninterested. I wish the people here actually ran this store...
