Let me start out by saying, it's obviously going to be expensive to rent from here, that's the whole business model folks. That's how they make money. Don't walk into a Rent-A-Center or Aarons expecting to only spend MSRP. That's unrealistic and pretty unfair to judge that way. A few months back our TV died unexpectedly. We dealt without one for a few weeks, wasn't that big of a deal. Eventually we decided to look at lease to own places with decent "Same as cash" time frames. Rent-A-Center offers 6 months same as cash so we decided to go with them. When we walked in, we had one specific TV we were interested in. The 55 inch OLED. The employees were helpful and responsive. The process does take a fair amount of time due to paper work but that was expected. The manager of the store was pleasant and offered some candy to my son who was sitting with us during the process. At the end of the day we brought home the OLED. A few weeks later they had a deal going on for the new Xbox X. We ended up getting that too. A few weeks after we got the Xbox we were looking over the paper work (our mistake we should have looked it over as soon as we got it like with the TV) and they had the Xbox listed at $1,000 same as cash. It was listed at $499 same as cash in store (we had took a picture when we saw it the day we got it.) when we brought it to the attention of the employee they sorted it out so that we were adjusted to pay only $499 same as cash. Overall we haven't had an issue with any aspect of our experience at this location. Everyone is friendly when we come in each week to pay our balance. Warm and inviting people that work over there. Obviously we haven't had experience with what happens if we miss a payment. Don't blame the tool, blame the tool who's using it. Had me waiting 2 hrs for them to answer a question. Not to mention Ben their so called manager acts violent, running, screaming, and throwing paperwork with people's personal information at cars and leaving it in parking lots for someone to pick up and gain a social security number to steal your identity with.That's why I suggest just paying outright. Own it. BTW don't believe their promises....

I called the day of the delivery and asked to have the fireplace. Brandon told me he was going to order it from Amazon. We'll I called to check on it and spoke with Sara who assured me Brandon would be giving me a call back. Heard nothing, I waited a few days and called back. Sara told me the same thing.
