Oriental — Restaurant in City of Mechanicville

Been ordering chicken lo mein with rice as a meal for a long long time. Some new girl tried arguing with me that they no longer sell this. I go into the store. She's new and she actually can speak and understand what I'm saying she's American and she's screaming at some guy on the phone screaming profanities at him while the owners stand there and let her do it. I felt so bad for them that I walked out. This is the first time I have ordered from here in like 6 months since that girl gave me a problem and ordered the same thing I always do. Hopefully she's gone because one of the owners...

The food was good. The spicy was spicy so if you expect the weak spicy you get at other restaurants, you won't get that here and it's a nice change for those who love the heat. The bbq spare rib sauce was very good. Must try this place. While the food is 5 star the customer service is a bit aloof. Not rude, just not super friendly. As long as they're not rude and their food is good I'm going back. It did cost a star because good to great customer service in a customer service based business is still important whether I'llreturn for their good...

I just ordered lunch from there today. Shrimp and Broccoli. Lets say all i ate was 1 piece of shrimp and 1 broccoli due to the funny taste from the shrimp!!! About 20 mins later I was puiking and couldnt leave the toilet!!! I feel like death. I did call and i told them to check their shrimp because I dont want anyone else to get sick!!!!!!
