Mechanicville House of Pizza — Restaurant in City of Mechanicville

I never do reviews. I made an order for delivery. I paid and tipped. The food I received was spoiled food. Chicken was spoiled in a pool of greese and over cooked.The pizza wasn't editable at all. I called to ask my order be fixed and was told by the manager/ chef that he has never gotten a bad review and wouldn't be fixing my order. I asked why he couldn't fix it if I brought it in he said he wasn't sorry he had been there 5 years he makes everything fresh so there was no way the food I got wasn't good. I stated maybe it was a mistake but I can't feed this to my family and kids and asked to please have the food replaced. He had an attitude. I told him it wasn't personal I don't know him and I respectfully said i just want what I paid for. I was told goodbye and hung up on. I have photos. I uploaded of the overcooked wings and greese filled to go plate we received them in and the pizza we got. GET THE WINGS! The wings are big, not over cooked, juicy, tasty and all around delicious. The pizza in the picture on the right (pepperoni & green pepper) is the absolute BEST I have had in a loooong time!!! It’s sooo good! I should mention that I ask for extra pizza sauce and a little thinner crust. They do not go light on the toppings as you can see. This pizza I just ordered made me bump this rating to 5 stars. Not at all happy. My husband ordered a 12 cut 2 topping pizza and received something completely different from what we ordered. When we called back to let them know we must have gotten someone else's pizza, they asked if we would just eat what we got. Slightly outraged, my husband said "sure but this isn't what we paid for. Are you going to do anything about it?" To be fair they did send a pizza out quicker than the first one came. But, while it had the right toppings, it was a tiny 4 slice pizza. Not what we ordered.
