MORE UPDATES:Check your receipts! The guy is charging Titan price for regular sub! He refuses coupons for a lot of choices. Theyāve been so rude in the past but became slightly friendlier but not by much. I work at this Walmart and this is the common experience.š¤¦š»āāļø UPDATE: Went against my better judgement. Heās wishing I said no because heās been sick (GI issues-Iāll spare the details). They intentionally keep the hood up to cover the meat section so you canāt see what youāre getting and how much (they skimp). And the lettuce..eeeww. I wish we didnāt go there to eat!! My son wonāt want his Subway for a good while after this experience. What possessed me to think theyāve gotten any better? Theyāve gotten WORSE! Beware of this place!
Iāve patronized this location for years and have seen a dramatic change in the freshness of the food, a decrease in quantity for the same price and the nasty attitude of the owners (other workers are good). The lettuce is nearly rotten and this is not just a one off occasion. She has no problem serving it to customers! She keeps the hood up so you canāt see that sheās using way less turkey on your sub-take it apart for proof! And they will at times refuse to accept any coupons. This used to be my fave location but I will not return again. If you decide to try it, just say a prayer you donāt get food...

My husband and I ordered protein bowls and after my husband's bowl was done I noticed the lettuce was completely brown! I told her that and she proceeded to get a huge bag of fresh lettuce and put a very small amount in my bowl and kept all the brown lettuce in the bowl! I was shocked and she didn't even apologize and I felt it was a bother and I had to tell her I appreciated it. Of course, she didn't touch or throw out the lettuce in my husband's bowl! I am not a picky person, but that was unacceptable especially for a place that advertises FRESH food! To make matters worse, the 3 $2.00 rewards were not taken off our bill which we told her about. She supposedly put the $6.00 back on card, but it never showed up on our bank account. Shame on the manager there! I could have made a big stink about it, but I didn't want to make a scene! Unless the manager makes this right, we will never go to this...

NOT A TOPPING !!! I got extra bacon BLT and was given 3 pieces of bacon for my entire sub. (I get halves) you get like 6 for an un-extra baconed BLT. When I said I asked and paid for extra bacon I was told to leave because that's what I was given. That extra bacon means only one more slice.
