I called and talked to someone in sales, who really built up my confidence in these guys capabilities.So i gathered all the information he told me i would need. but when i talked to the lady in the service department, she not only told me they would not fix my fridge because i did not buy it there, but barley inquired about my fridge and dismissed me and tried to mislead me into thinking it was a super complicated repair without listening to me at all. I had a problem getting authorized service in Lake Placid, NY for my Samsung refrigerator which has had a ongoing freezing problem. Wilson Appliance's, Plattsburgh NY who sold us other appliances, came to the rescue and sent a technician to our home to relieve the problem.
