Plattsburgh Public Library — Attraction in City of Plattsburgh

The library itself is nice. However the policies and staff need some work. After years of trying to go back and use the library, they won’t allow me to. They tell me it’s due to a movie that wasn’t returned three years ago. However I did return it, and they say they cannot find it so they must not have received it. A great place to relax and read. They also have access to 22 other libraries which increases your selection of books hundreds of times over. There is also a hidden gem within the library. Chapter one is a cozy coffee and tea bar within the library. A nice selection of coffee and tea beverages and some of the tasteyest pastries ,so grab a book, a cup of joe and a freshly baked muffin and go...

I was in Plattsburgh last week. I had to find a quiet place to work and print some documents.
