Sarah was absolutely a delight to interact with. Not only did she educate me during my purchase, but she guided me in a better direction as we made progress together. The environment was pleasant and very welcoming. I noticed that all of the assistants at the Rome NY location knew all of their clients by first name and even knew details about their families which also leads me to believe that this is one of those truly family owned businesses that remain deeply rooted within their community.
