Rome Liquor Warehouse — Local services in City of Rome

Regular employees have great customer service, however if the 'manager' ( owner's son) is there, I would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Recently saw a video of how he treated a person he was supposed to be managing and interacting with his father (the owner). I was honestly scared for them. I have no context for employees behavior prior to recording, however there are ways to solve problems without threats and name calling. I will no longer stop in on my way...

Went to this establishment on 12/17/23. Purchased four bottles of liquor. When checking out I put my 10 percent off coupon on the counter. The young guy behind the counter rang up my order without the coupon. I told him his error and he told me” don’t worry about it I’ll give it to you next time, I’ll remember you”. No, there will be no next time! He should have given me my discount which that advertised in the queen news !...

Just stopped to see what bourbon was available. I was really shocked to see such a great selection! Was able to grab some Willett pot still. I could have grabbed so many more really great bottles. Even better part was the owner. What a knowledgable guy! I didn't feel rushed, or shunned for asking a ton of questions. Really solid place! I will be back. Thank...
