Love this place! All of the staff that I worked with were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and patient helping me change around classes for my three children to fit everyones schedules when one of their classes was discontinued. I've also really benefitted from the child watch services at the studios and found the staff there equally as kind and helpful. I wish I'd joined sooner! FYI, some of the classes listed at "Pilates" are really more like "bums and tums" or "buns of steel" classes; nothing like the traditional Pilates classes that I've taken elsewhere. I give it three because they advertise private swimming lessons but scheduling one is impossible. Emails, phone calls and online request forms all go unanswered. Front desk inquiries result in promised phone calls that never materialize.
Big waste of time and utterly frustrating. If there's a process, it's a mystery and completely broken. They shouldn't advertise something that they can't deliver on.
