Customer Service and Staff are the Best part of Village Social. Alex (manager) is always there to meet you at the door , remembers your name and knows how to run a restaurant. Staff is attentive, friendly and energetic. Always know how to give a recommendation on whats a hit! Unsurprisingly, customer service is essential… and they have nailed it here! Food is one of the major keys to a successful restaurant, and the key is choosing the right type of food, the quality of ingredients, and how to present your dishes. Fresh, Platable, flavorsome and Simply amazing! Village social is never a disappointment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all across the Board!

Warm simple friendly setup, meets great attentive service and delicious food. We came in for lunch: the steak sandwich had tender well seasoned steak, was warm, and we'll assorted. The burger had all the right components: warm bun that doesn't get soggy, well cooked patty covered with tasty caramelized onions and aged cheese. Overall a solid 8.5/10 and that is top rating and great value for money.

Village Social is one of our go-to places in Rye, NY. The Citrus Tuna(not in photo) is a favorite. Strawberry and Maytag Blue Cheese Salad is refreshing, except for the last time I had it, the strawberries are overripe. I like to love the Grilled Corn, but it is not grilled. It seems like corn in canned. Overall, Village Social is worth a try. You'll find food you would like.

Unfortunately, this place was one of the worst places my girlfriend and I have ever eaten at. We usually stick to our favorite spots but wanted to try something new which was a bad choice from the start. Once we arrived, we noticed the place was pretty empty for a Saturday night which was strange. After we were seated, we noticed numerous flies all over the inside of the window and dead ones on the windowsill. The waitress that took our drink order walked out and never came back. The spicy salmon fritters were chewy with basically store bought guacamole on top.We were concerned that the salmon was not fresh or edible. I ordered what I thought was a skirt steak bowl but it was really flank steak. Also, the entire bowl was covered in super salty sauce & I could barely taste the meat, rice nor vegetables. My girlfriend ordered a soy chicken bowl which had chewy overcooked chicken pieces and was also drenched in salty sauce. Definitely not worth the $100 check whatsoever. Would not...

Went for dinner on a Saturday night. Wasn't crowded when we got there, but the tables quickly filled up.

No whiskey list, but the bartender and the manager(?) walked me through their really solid selection. Reasonable prices too - ended up going with a pour of Hibiki Harmony. The Manhattan on draft was a really solid Manhattan as well.

The food was really good. We had the cauliflower appetizer which was full of flavor. The tuna burger was delicious and the fries were really well seasoned. Everyone at the table enjoyed the yucca fries and snap pea sides (the snap peas were in a kind of peanut sauce, which took a bit of getting used to, but was really good after).

The service was great. Our waiter made sure our water was refilled regularly and very attentive without being overbearing, and was very friendly. When one of our entrees was overcooked, he took care of it right away.

Overall a very good experience and I will definitely go back next time I'm...

I ordered the vintage burger and a side of french fries. I checked off dairy allergy and gluten allergy. When the food arrived, the french fries had an orange sticker that said Cross contaminated and the burger had an orange sticker that had GF on it presumably for gluten-free. The bun looked like a gluten-free bun, but it had sauce on it so I called to doublecheck. At first, she said it was fine after checking. When I mentioned that the sauce was very creamy and appeared to have dairy in it. She went back to the cook. after going back-and-forth three times, she informed me that yes the sauce has dairy in it. I am not sure why they could not contact me or just cancel the order. Now, I’m stuck with a $50 burger and french fries that I can’t eat. Additionally, other people might not be as mistrusting as me and would have probably just...
