Bareburger — Restaurant in City of Rye

Normally we love this place. However, they changed their menu to be 100% gluten free. What does this mean? Well their old delicious buttermilk chicken tenders now have less meat and 200% more breading. They were not as juicy as usual and the flavor was much different as well as the texture. We also couldn't figure out why someone dumped Old Bay Seasoning all over them. I got a chicken sandwich that I've had before , and the same thing with the chicken tenders, the chicken sandwich had this thick breading on them which tastes fine, but really takes away from the chicken and the sandwich. The breading was so thick that the sandwich was falling apart and hard to eat! My guest got the buffalo burger and was disappointed that it tasted dry and tough. The bottom of the bun was also soaked through from the sauce and was not as good as we had hoped for from other experiences.

Unfortunately last night's visit was terrible. It started off good. It was packed, but the host sat my 21month old granddaughter and I outside. He found a high chair for us which was very nice. I ordered the ultimate burger and a chicken childs meal. The burger was terrible, it looked like the side of it was burnt and I did not taste good. By the way, I have had this typeof burger many times and was happy to see it on your menu. The chicken strips were burnt, there fore she wouldnt eat them. Our server was gone for ever, never came to ask how everything was. I went inside and asked everyone else to get our check. So now we had 2 checks. It was not worth the money. Will never order from here again. The manager lied multiple times about the location of the driver and stated we were red flagged as problem area. She stated she tracked on the app and could tell he was at our location. After I had multiple conversations with the driver because he couldn’t find my addresses, he said he would send me a picture of the building he was standing in front of. He was in West Harrison NY and I live in New Rochelle NY, 20 mintues apart. Instead of the manager handling it like profesional, she was rude, arrogant and cold. Incident occurred: 01/29, early afternoon.

Grubhub, handled the issue in less then 2 mintues. They could easily tell what was wrong and actually showed human compassion.
