Explosive athletes MUST train plyometrics like, sprinting, jumping etc. at LEAST 3 days a week. If you want to perform at 100% you must train at 100%. Worked on RUNNING THE CURVE today with some local athletes. The drill in the beginning is highly beneficial for multi-directional athletes. Being able to not just run linear, but in all types of different angles of motion are IMPORTANT! This drill is also good for building quicker reaction times. Sports like football are all about how fast you can react and execute!! We then worked through a weight training session today as well. If you are an athlete who is struggling in the gym/field and need direction and guidance, contact me ASAP! #training #football #athlete #nfl #collegefootball #runningback #strengthandconditioning #foryou #speedtraining #elite #train #drills

If your athlete is serious about making their performance better on the field, this is the place to go. My daughter has been going here since 4th grade. The trainers dedication to her and their ability to adjust her training to the 3 different sports she plays are second to none. I tell everyone about Peak because if you are looking for results, this is the place. It doesn't have the glitz and glamours that other places have, it has the best professional trainers who know how to get the results out of the athlete. Scheduling with a trainer is flexible. My daughter knows she would not be where she is at without the performance training of Peak and the dedicated trainers. You don't go to Peak for easy workouts, you go to get the best out of your body in the desired sports. It should be the base of all your training and practices if your child wants to excel in the sport he/she is in.
