7/25/24: Went to KFC for lunch. Ordered "Famous Bowl", got soupy (over-gravied) mess shown in photo. According to KFCs website it should be: Creamy mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and our 100% white meat chicken nuggets, layered together then drizzled with home-style gravy and topped with a perfect blend of three shredded cheeses.
Read moreI was at this location on the morning of 9-01-2022, and I had a rather unpleasant experience. The food was good, and the cashier on register (woman in her 40s) was extremely pleasant, and she should be given the job of her supervisor, who was extremely rude.
Firstly, I was the first customer in the store, I ordered two large fries (one for each member of the party) and I hear a joke from the kitchen: “First customer of the day orders two large fries”.... and then the response from the supervisor/manager guy was “yep it’s the first of the month, disability day!!!” And then they both shared a laugh. I felt this was completely innappropriate, it’s not their business how their customers are paying for their food. I am a retail worker just like them who works for every penny I have, but that’s besides the point. They could have made someone who was hungry feel really ashamed and awful for ordering food.
I was going to let it slide and just roll my eyes about it, but when I went back in to get sauce, the same supervisor guy barked at me saying “the sauce is already in the bag!” Which come to find out was true, but I never asked for sauce and they just assumed I wanted honey mustard apparently, I don’t like honey mustard and never would have asked for it. If he just gave me some Buffalo sauce i would have kept my mouth shut about the whole thing, but as a retail worker myself, I found the level of unprofessionalism and the cocky attitude towards customers was inexcusable.

Read moreEmployees are extremely rude, tried to call store to speak with someone higher up and couldn't get through. Was told to come inside to get my mobile order(with my newborn in the car nonetheless, so that was out of the equation). Asked why there was a difference between coming through DT with a mobile order or if I were to order those same exact items at the speaker either way it's the same amount of food so asking me to come inside is totally asinine. Mind you all that was ordered was a 4 pc tender meal so should be incredibly simple to complete the order, not like I ordered 1 of everything then I could understand them asking me to come in. Lady who gave us our food (dark hair, glasses, maybe 30s-40s?) was extremely rude and had a poor attitude. Stated there was "6 orders ahead of us" even though we were the ONLY car in the DT and inside looked fairly empty as well. I used to work in fast food years ago as a department manager so I understand the stressful environment, but you don't take that out on your customers, or try to make the process of getting their food difficult. It's fast food it's meant to be quick and convenient. If there is such an issue with mobile orders, then they need to figure out a new, more convenient system. KFC is the problem, not...
