Just had a Syracuse City Wireless Syracuse Wireless Retailer installation and wow! These guys are like the polar opposite of Comcast or AT&T in the best way possible.

Had a 10 a.m. setup time which I was able to book literally the previous working day. They called me in advance to let me know they were running 15 minutes late and then showed up exactly when they said they would on the call.

The installation took all of 5 minutes, after which they ran a speed test which showed better results than they advertise (over 200 MB up and down!).

The network installer Tim K. was extremely courteous and left me with not just the support number but his own cell phone number.

I feel like someone in this industry FINALLY gets how to do business. Kudos Syracuse City Wireless Syracuse...

I went to the store at 2pm and paid $85 to get my phone screen repaired. I stopped back in at 4pm and they said it’d be ready at 6. I just arrived at 6:30 and was told they had to issue me a refund because they don’t have the screen to fix my phone. Not only would it have been simple to check to make sure they had the necessary parts, but I stopped back in the store and they assured me it’d be done by 6pm instead of telling...

Amazing man these guys are just trust worthy I really had a great time I bought a 8 plus and I broke it and he didn't charge me anything because he is a honest man the phone works perfectly and no problems trying to go buy a phone then this is the store and if you want one of the newest phones then go to there store if they do not have it then they will order it for you for a cheaper price like I did.
