Redhouse Arts Center — Attraction in City of Syracuse

First time at their new location, 400 S. Salina St., across from the public library. Would give 6th star for the Large Ladies Room With Plenty Of Stalls + A Family Restroom!!! They put consideration for patrons into this space to earn our business! Wide spaces & hallways of smooth stone floors make it easy to traverse the crowd of attendees. Many patrons visited the small bar, snack bar, and gift display of logo t-shirts, water bottles, and coffee mugs. So much more theatre seating, which l found comfortable. Theatre is accessible to patrons on the floor (before the risers) to park a wheelchair or to transfer to a seat: call ahead to arrange accessibility, as the floor area seating is movable and can change with any production. Wonderful place, theaters are so much better than the old building, wide seats with arm rests that are not shared! Each row is elevated higher than old thrater so you don't have to look around the person's head that is in front of you. Seating is in the round so you are right up close to the actors.

Concession stand, cash only, they have an ATM inside. Sells beer and wine also...

I was thrilled to find out I won season tickets to Redhouse for this season. I attended "God of Carnage" tonight. What a fantastic show. Great performances!!
