ShipRite Office — Local services in City of Utica

I went to shiprite to have a paper Laminated for my business. I needed my company name an information on a blank piece of paper and Laminated that’s all! As soon as I walked in he had a very nasty attitude so rude I couldn’t believe it! I asked The store manager who I’m assuming is Robert, how much would the price be for what I needed he told me $150 which was absolutely ridiculous! And not to mention he smelled so bad it was Excruciating 😖 i Immediately lefted and went to Staples to get what I needed done with no problems for only $6 so please if you need any services as far as paperwork Business card, lamination etc. please go to staples they will definitely get the job done way less expensive then what he wanted to charge me! I’m putting pictures up of what I asked him to do which he said would be $150 and what I actually got from staples for only $6!!!!!! This place was very unpleasant and unprofessional m. My brother passed away and I came to them a 3/4 days before his funeral services the guy assured me that he can have his obituary ready for me to pick up @ close the following day so I waited until 5:45pm to call them and when I did he told me he couldn’t get to it because his work load was really crazy so then he suggested that I send over a PDF format that he can print and when I did just that I called him right back to confirm he received the pdf format he said he did but unfortunately he just couldn’t get to it all because it was “too much for him at the im time sooooo idk what to tell you”mind you when I first came there all he had to say was he couldn’t do it because the shop is backed up I would have gladly went somewhere else. My wife had a package to send to a family member who is currently living in Sri Lanka. Due to Covid concerns, USPS would not handle her package. A friend recommended DHL. She looked up DHL and found the ShipRite office on Utica, NY that would take her package. Her clerk was wonderful.

There was a problem with her shipping address. There are 2 villages near each other, USPS delivers to one, DHL to the other.
