I have tried to give them a better review, but I think it is time to finally write one. I ordered two products from them on 12/1/24 and both were in stock according to their website. I didn't get a tracking number so I called them and they sent me a tracking number. Everything was great untill the packaged showed up and it was missing one of the pieces that I had ordered. No big deal sent Brian Jones an email to let him know what happened and no big deal he emailed me two days later to let me know the one item was out of stock and he gave me the option to either get my money back or wait till one comes into stock unknown timeframe. I was going to wait it out for a little bit because I wanted that part. Well after a month I emailed them that I wanted my money back because it may take a while before it comes into stock. No response. Another month goes by and I see it is back in stock on there website so I email Brian Jones again and told him it looks to be in stock on your website can you please ship me one. He emails me right back let me check and see if they can ship one out asap. 15 days go by I hadn't heard anything so I emailed Brian Jones again saying did you ever ship the part out. No response. Then 15 days again emailed him wondering what had happen and if he could complete my order. That was 3 days ago and I haven't gotten a response. I wish to get my part or my money back. I don't like writing bad reviews on google because you could always catch someone on a bad day, but I really want my ordered fullfilled or my money back. My order number was 521 order...

I think this "merchant" is a JOKE. We placed an online order last NOVEMBER 2024. Today is August 30, 2025. Cost was processed thru our AMEX card....PAID. NO merchandise received...NO communication whatsoever. February 12, 2025 we called...actual person said they were having problems with suppliers...NO merchandise...July 18, 2025 left message on website..."Where is my order?"....left same message on August 6...NO communication....NO merchandise! Have repeatedly called their single listed phone number...apparently a CELL phone....NO ANSWER.....Would give less than one star if possible. I think this...
