Do not buy anything from this place. They sold us a bad washer and dryer we asked them to come get it they would not come get it when we stop paying for it they sued us. When they lost the case, they came out here the day that they lost it. About 15 minutes after court was over to get the items. We asked them in July to come get it and they told us they couldn't come get it. But it's September and they want to get it. We were not at home so then they said they were going to arrest us for stealing their products. Edit. That woman laughed and told my mama she was sitting outside my house and there was nothing my mama could do about it. I had to call the police to get her off my land. When I called corporate they said me they couldn't fire her so you're not addressing anything unless you're addressing me on here where every one of your customers can see what you do. Very BAD experience me and my wife just moved into our home it is our FIRST time trying to finance furniture. We started the process on the website where the prices were fair we got approved for 2500$! Thinking it was great deal. April then called us to come into the store we go to the store and the prices were totally different but we decided to look and get something anyway. Mrs April was not any help at all whatsoever didnt try to show us any furniture I felt as if I was thrown to the wolves. After a hour of looking deciding what was in our budget mixing and matching it came out to 1847 so we decided to get a living room table April then proceeded to inform me we were at our 2500$ credit limit so I told her there’s no way I went and did the math again and sure enough I was still at 1847. I showed this to April and she replied “ I do this everyday “ I felt as if I was being robbed or she thought I was stupid. I know how to do simple math needless to say I will go to rent a center before I ever give April my business. Very rude employee and should not work sales. One star is too good for this particular Farmers Home Furniture in Clanton. At the time I purchased my furniture using their financing option, all was good and would have awarded a 5 star review. However, I would get a call from them days before the payment due date asking about when I would make a payment. There's supposedly a grace period of 10 days after due date to pay before accumulating a late fee. Yet, they would call every other day until payment is made. Recently some hard financial issues accured causing me to get ONE month behind and playing catch up. My wife and I already explained our situation to them, but apparently it went through one ear and directly out the other. During this time we have been CONSTANTLY HARASSED by these impatient money grubbers. They have blown my wife's phone up multiple times a day everyday and will even have the audacity to call as late as 8PM. I had to block their number just to get a little peace. They came to our house multiple times to hand deliver notices. I recently made a payment for the past due amount and am only a couple of weeks behind. Despite this, they CONTINUE to harass us. I'm honestly thinking about telling them to come get their over priced low quality couch and love seat bc it's not worth all this harassment.
