This is literally the worst establishment I have ever entered. I had ordered for delivery and waited over an hour and when I decided I waited long enough I had went to pick up the the food, and when I entered and stated I was a little upset I had waited over an hour for my food youre “store manager” proceeded to give me an attitude. I understand that working understaffed is stressful but the way you address a customer is important. If this is your “management” I’m sorry for you especially when I asked for a customer service number they hit me with “look it up on line”. As a person that has managed a company that is not a way a “store manager” addresses any customer. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be coming back. Not that one customer matters. It is sad though - 12-24-2024. Maybe also staff more so the stress levels ain’t all that whacked out. I fully understand where they as employees are coming from, but as a customer there is a level of customer service your concurred are entitled to. Read moreUPDATE To the owner, I decided to give this location a try after 3 years have passed. Much to my suprise, it was even worse customer service. Didn't even get to the ordering process due to the fact that I don't trust the integrity of the employee there. The "manager" (not) wouldn't give me his name and wouldn't give me the chance to talk. Rude. Unprofessional. Laura was borderline professional, and it was challenging for her to hold back her frustration, as I could hear it saturating the phone. I was foolish to think this location would improve. Please dont bother contacting me with another store credit, as the last credit was incorrect anyway. So disappointed. I feel sorry for the owner. I don't believe as the owner you realize horrible the customer service is and how poorly the product comes out.

Read moreI'm definitely annoyed after picking up my pizza from this location. We've ordered delivery once and tipped him nicely as it was late. We tipped them last week when we sat in store and ate during their construction and the front lobby a mess. I picked up my pizza minutes ago and after paying she clearly says "No Tip" to her coworker, because yes I didn't tip on a pick up order. That's incredibly unprofessional and rude to hear. I'm not required to tip or expected too. I tip my delivery drivers and they're lucky I tipped last week when we ate inside the location. I haven't even left the parking lot and decided to leave a review out of pure annoyance about how rude that was. She could've at least waited until I left the store to voice her unnecessary opinion.
