I absolutely love the sales staff and service at this store. You can find high-quality items at incredible prices. Many of my furniture pieces come from here, and the tent sales are amazing! I recently bought a new king-sized mattress for just $400, even though it was valued at $1,000. There's nothing wrong with it—it's in perfect condition and very comfortable.

Both stores on Washington Street have so many fantastic deals that I couldn't believe how well-priced everything was, especially given the quality and value of their goods. The staff is friendly and approachable, and they offer designer services. They helped me with a new slipcover for my sofa, which I purchased five years ago from them, and I got exactly what I wanted with no mistakes. They even threw in two free throw pillows—fantastic!

My husband and I have been on the hunt or two recliners for awhile now. someone suggested Cash and Carry. We did in fact find two recliners that would have been perfect. As we are a military family we asked of they offered military discount, they don't, but the sales rep did verbally agree to give use 150.00 off each recliner bringing each recliner to 1045 or 2090 for the pair. Then I notice that the arm rest was split in two. The sales rep said let me do some figuring to see if they could come up with a damaged item price. The next day we received a phone call from the sales rep quoting us 1795 for the pair. Later that day we called the sales rep back and the same quote of 1795 was verbally confirmed. When we went to pay for the chairs the price had jumped from 1795 to 2095 for the pair. What a minute the 2095 was the agreed upon price for the pair prior to noticing the damage to the arm rest. What is wrong with this picture? Cash and Carry SHOULD have honored the verbally quoted price of 1795.

Update...the sales rep called me back and we were able to come to a resolution. Thank you Love's...

Originally I gave this store 5 stars. We purchased furniture and PAID for delivery and the ‘white glove’ service which was to have the furniture delivered assembled. Received a call a few days after purchase that they had to order our bar stools and we’d have to come pick them up. Understandable that this could happen and sure - Half the order was delivered assembled, and we figured we can drive 45 minutes back to Claremont and pick up the barstools. But what we didn’t anticipate was that we had to assemble the Barstools. Very disappointing since we paid for delivery and assembly, but only half the order was received in that manner. Buyer beware. Oh! And I also have to mention one of the dining room chairs was broken on the seat - STILL waiting for that replacement.

11/1/24 This is an update on my previous 2 star review. I'm putting them up to 4 stars because they reached out to me and made it right. I really appreciate their willingness to work with us. The furniture is great - and their customer service is...
