Cato Fashions — Local services in Claremore

My husband and I came in last Saturday night and were completely ignored by the 2 women in the store. When we walked in, the only other customers there were just about to leave. He and I were there for more than 5 mins, no other customers in the store, and no one greeted us or acknowledged us. At one point I walked up to the dressing room and waited to be helped. I looked over at the 2 women who were just hanging/folding clothes, and one looked at me but did not bother to come help me. I put the clothes back and my husband and I left. I was visiting Clarmore today, saw a Cato, decided to stop in. Why did I do that! wasn't acknowledged when I walked in I thought maybe because she was helping another customer at the register. I walked around for a while looked at different racks, still no acknowledgment, so I wait a while and other customers walked in, and low and behold they say WELCOME TO CATO let us know if we can assist you! I again looked at them and NOTHING. so apparently you have to be WHITE to be acknowledged here. I will never again stop foot in there again! its 2018 people PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE HERE TO STAY!!! get over...

This is the best Cato I've been to. The store is clean and neat. As for the staff...AMAZING! Madison was the name of the sales person that helped me. She was very helpful and friendly. I found a top I really liked but it was the only one in the store but a size too small so she ordered it online for me. I like the fact that she offered help without being pushy. She made me feel like she wanted to really help me and not just make a sale. I highly recommend visiting this store. Thank you Cato for hiring such...
