Do not go with them for your wifi Internet! The worst Internet provider I've ever had! It's constantly going out and the service is terrible. It goes out at least once a week. It's slow and if you're trying to use it on more than one device at the same time it runs really slow, and it is constantly buffering! When it does go out, at times it has been for days sometimes! We're stuck in a contract and even though we've asked to please be let out of the contract due to the constant interruptions. It's unreliable , affects our home security system and Google nest thermostat. They tell you it's unlimited data, but that's a lie! It's 5g network that claims to be unlimited, but when you reach a certain amount of data it shows that you're connected, but your Internet doesn't work. We moved and needed to find a new Internet provider, and US Cellular offered Internet with an amazing offer for a wonderful price! You truly get what you pay for, and this is awful! DON'T BE FOOLED by their offer of great service for little cost,! It's deceiving! I hope this helps for anyone considering going with them!! I also forgot to mention the cellphone issues we've had since switching to them a year ago this month! Again, they offer this great deal on signing up with them. Originally they set us up with a plan for two new phones with unlimited data. They told us the monthly bill would be x amount. Less than 2 weeks later they charged us $300. When my husband called to discuss this with customer service they told him it was for all of these fees that we knew nothing about. The day we signed with them we were told there were NO HIDDEN FEES!! That was a lie! They then proceeded to charge us again a week later. We called and tried dispute it, but by this point they had is under contract so they couldn't care less! We finally spoke to someone in October ( 3 months into our contract) that was willing to help us, and we found out that they were charging us for things that we didn't even know about. She asked us if we wanted to keep them, and we said no, we didn't even know they had been added to our plan in the first place . She removed them and it dropped $30 dollars off of our monthly. That helped, but the very next month they sent us a cut off noticed because they told us that we skipped a monthly payment! I had to go into my banking statement to prove to them that we had payed for that month. They then told us that they still had to charge us large fees . It made absolutely no sense, and that's when I lost it! I fought with them over this, and then suddenly the store manager tells me that he can drop the late fees on our account, but they can only do it one time within the 2 year contract! The employees that work in the Claremore store are the rudest, condescending, disrespectful sales people that I have encountered . I would never, ever recommend this...

Then the Manager Josh, who was soooooo friendly 8 months ago proceeded to misquote me and attempt to start an argument instead of being compassionate or apologetic when he hears that Ive left multiple messages for him and have never been able to correctly install their stuff since it woukdnt get a signal. No their tech team at customer service headquarters were clueless and provided no real help.
He failed to get me stirred up by rearranging my sentence when I repeated verbatim what I had warned him about selling this expensive service to anyone else in my neighborhood.
8 oinths ago this fast talker promised that even surrounded by metal where I live, his wifi outside the window would have terrific signal. Um. Yeah. Whatever. If they are so sure then WHY THE 2 YEAR CONTRACT HUH? T-Mobile lets me pay month to month AND ITS A LOT CHEAPER. Whenever I call their store they are HAPPY TO ASSIST ME, not insisting that I call customer service for everything!!!!

She is a resident of Claremore and went there because her iPhone was going out and had a hard time charging. She made a quick trip back from Arkansas to do this. The guy who was supposed to help her sold her an iPhone 16. First he off he talked her out of paying the phone off. Later we found out this would be because the employees get commission on sales. Then he botched setting it up for her and the phone locked up. She is now paying for a phone she can't use. We will be taking it back. The employees here at this location I feel prey on seniors.
