Rent-A-Center — Local services in Claremore

I've been here before but a long time ago. I decided to come back because the company that I was using ended up taking two payments without permission. That being said they were scheduled to close at 6:00 p.m. tonight I showed up at 5:40 and even though they were closing in 20 minutes they did not treat me like they were closing in 20 minutes if that makes sense to you guys basically they answered all my questions showed me all my options for what I was looking for broke down the payments and then helped me out with the whole application process and payment process again not at any point in time did they rush me or make me feel awkward or uncomfortable because I was keeping them past their scheduled time I didn't get out of there until about 6:20 p.m. again I've been with Rent-A-Center in the past but it was a long time ago. I can tell you by just how the store looked and how nice the employees were that's something had changed and I asked and they said that they were under New Management or like a store manager and area manager is new or something. Because I will tell you the last time I came in mind you this was a long time ago they made me feel like I was bothering them and made me feel very rushed which is why I ended up leaving them and going with the other company. Anyways to make a long story long if you have used Rent-A-Center in the past and had a bad experience all I can say is give him another shot cuz I promise you will not be disappointed at all. So again thank you very much Myranda and the guy who was helping. I only knew her name because her name is on the paperwork LOL and I have a bad memory. If you want to be lied to and get bad service this is your place! Had issues with getting a bed delivered, apparently stairs are a challenge but the kids delivering were new but no help offered from the store manager whatsoever other than a smaller absolutely horrible bed that we slept in once because it was so uncomfortable. Took 5 days to finally get what we originally wanted. Was told the bed would be new when we ordered, it was used and I'm not ok with that at all. Suppose to get a free week, had to call corporate to make them honor that. All around bad experience! Went to Aaron's, paid far less for better furniture and got an incredible NEW mattress set as promised with no issues delivering either. Definitely go to Aaron's, much better to deal with and...

The staff other than the manager are great. Their manager wouldn't even correct a mistake. I am set up on bi weekly payments and their auto pay took money 2 weeks in a row. Instead of fixing the mistake and sending the money back, I got a phone call stating in order to get the money back I would have to return the stuff I have been paying for.
