LFG is best in class if you’re looking for a gym in the Clarks Summit area. They fit everyone’s fitness level needs and have workouts that truly challenge you no matter your experience in a gym. I’ve been doing group training classes and some semi-personal training with Mike, Richelle and their team and have noticed significant differences in my physical AND mental health. I feel more energized and can see physical, measurable changes in my body. As any trainer would say, we (as members) are the ones that put in the work to get results but the level of effort, dedication, patience, knowledge, etc that they put into every person that steps into the gym is simply amazing. He showed us each move and made sure we (and everyone else in the class) had correct form and coached us on. The environment was comfortable and clean and the music was great.
