Grateful Roast Coffee and Espresso Bar — Restaurant in Clarks Summit

I was looking for a quality coffee shop on my travels and found this spot so I hopped off the highway and it was worth the stop.

I ended up trying the Kyoto Cold Drip. It was delicious. Different. I've never had anything quite like it. I believe it's a special type of cold brew with chicory, vanilla, and oat milk.

I also tried the cardamom blueberry scone. It was delicious. I'd like more cardamom so I could taste it but it was still good! The other baked goods all looked delicious. Made from scratch in house.

I love these types of quality coffee shops. The staff was friendly too! I'll absolutely return any time I come through and highly recommend supporting this local...

Coffee lovers, rejoice! So excited that Grateful Roast has opened in Clarks Summit and brought quality coffee to the town. If you've been relying on Dunkin or Starbucks for lack of local options, I get it, but the option is now here and it's amazing. I ordered a latte for myself, cappuccino for husband, flat white for friend, and croissant for toddler. Everything was delicious, and I can't wait to come back. What an amazing experience for a true coffee lover! I had the pleasure of ordering from their slow bar. If you have the time to check that out it's a must. They do several styles of pour over coffee, along with a really unique percolation process using a siphon.
