Most of the employees at this store are wonderful and so helpful. However, I had some issues with the manager pretty much scolding me for having my phone out at the counter. I understand if that is the rule, but some signage or something should be up so customers are made aware. Other dispensaries let you use your phone, so there’s no way anyone would know Zenleaf does not let you. I use my phone to calculate prices, check my bank account, etc. I wasn’t even speaking on the phone and definitely not recording or taking pictures. Although the represenative understadably followed company guide lines the manager on duty in witch I was told he was was verry rude and told me threw my flustration of the issue that there was another distributer down over the hill I could go to them if not satisfied. They had given me the wrong product and was not the one I ordered. I realise I should of looked at them before leaving store. But they would not even discuss making it right. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I dealt with Justin, I explained my problem and prior purchases, and he was extremely helpful in confirming prior test purchases and their results. He agreed with my picks and filled it pronto. I had tried the app to place an order, but it failed. Pardon my "old timers disease" but I cannot remember the young lady's name, but she fixed my account.
