Finally! After having a bed for over 20+ years- we have updated our mattress and frame all at an amazingly affordable cost. Jerry was kind, funny, and patient. We had 3 of our youngest with us (two being toddlers) and he performed magic tricks, talked to them all while answering our many questions, and kept them fully entertained as we searched for the right one. Went down today and got 2 twin size mattress for our grandchildern. Very nice prices, good quality and also in stock. They gentleman is very helpful and he does not presure you into buying his products. Very funny as well. He helped us out alot. My husband and I needed to upgrade our bed for comfort reasons and we gave Box Drop a try. Jerry was cheerful and helpful! There was a mixup with the box spring he had in stock so a different one needed to be ordered. Not a problem at all, as I appreciated that the error was caught before we picked up our bed.
