Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Clarkston

This is the only location I've ever had an issue with. I fill Dutch bros cards weekly but they dont want my business. I used to drink 32 O.Z. rebels all the time. Almost daily. But then the rebels started to taste tart to me. So then I've brought my own energy drink and have gotten a cup and flavoring and have always paid for it. This location the supervisor at 1 said. "That is wrong we cannot guarantee your not filling the cup with other drinks so we can sell you the cup but not the flavoring" that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I buy Dutch bros from 3 states because my work involves alot of travel and this is the ONLY Dutch Bros that I've ever had this problem at. I usually buy the cup and flavoring for around $2 do it's not like I'm asking for a free handout I just cant to rebels currently because they are tart for me currently. Hence why I switch energy drinks every 2 months from rockstar to full throttle to rebel to red bull now NOS. In 2 months it may change again. But this location I have no reason to visit again because like I said. I've done this at over 10 other locations and this is the only location that said sorry, you cant have our flavoring (that we buy in bulk just like every other coffee shop) I get peaches and cream at the other shops so it's not even a fancy mix. Normally when I go through Dutch Bros I get the best coffee ever I blended double torture with caramel and soft top expensive is all hell but it's worth it cuz it's delicious but my sister's birthday the 24th I've November my brother and I went through the drive-thru and they forgot the flavoring and her coffee which we didn't know until we got to her house and I do believe the shots were burnt and both my brothers coffee and my sisters I got a caramelizer and it could have used more caramel but I don't think my shots were burnt normally I go back if I've noticed that I have burnt shots and you guys fix it right away I don't know if my brother let you guys know or not but you guys do a great job you got us through quickly and it was a long line but the coffee got to be...

Simply amazing! I was going to leave a 5 star review only to find that I did so years ago! Still true. Our bro-ista Noah was great with the jokes, high 5's and positive attitude. My oldest days he was full of whimsy which is accurate. Still over 5 years since the orginal post, Dutch bros is excellent..Coffee, rebels, cold brew, white coffee, black and green tea, chi tea, hot tea, soft tops, granola bars, muffin tops.
