Grandchild asked if we could go to Baskin Robins for ice cream. We were out for a bike ride and got right on board for a trip for ice cream. I had the lemon sorbet with a scoop of very strawberry ice cream. What a good choice. Place was busy and clean. We found a table and sat down . While I was paying my sugar cone fell on the counter. With the paper still attached it was slippery. The lady offered me a new cone and I accepted. Thanks. My son in law ordered the lemon sorbet and grand daughter the cotton candy. Then back on our bikes to head back home. Been here a couple times before and the service is always good. Even when they are busy.

It was clean which is always a plus. It was kid friendly. There were about 8 kids running around having a good time so it was loud. But for us that's a good thing!

So I'm only giving it 3 stars because it seems like every time I go there, regardless if it's busy or not, it takes forever to even be acknowledged. Much less to pay and get my items. What we get is great, but the workers hardly smile and seem overwhelmed. Maybe they need a bigger staff? Tonight, I watched from the window as three different transactions were processed inside before anyone even opened the window to take my payment or even just to let me know they were working on my order. Just say something to let me know I'm not being pushed aside. It's not cheap to order there any way, so to just ignore me for 15 minutes to help other people who ordered after me, or chit chat amongst other employees,...

Very kind staff that I noticed and was able to explain ways they could change their drinks to your preference, they even helped me out on my quest to try Love Potion #9 as apparently it is a seasonal item for Valentine's day. They did explain that some stores do not receive a box of the ice cream but that this specific store got it every year. Tables are a little small, but all they sell is ice cream so you don't need much space. Their ice cream coffee drink is BEYOND good. It wasn't for me but I tried it (even though I don't like coffee that much). They as well will substitute things out for you for the preference. They did however forget the whipped cream but that's alright :) it's just extra...
